Tired of walking alone? Looking for a new way to motivate yourself and others to get moving?

The group comprises like-minded people / friends with an interest in walking for health and social reasons who will use ACCESS as their meeting point.

Being active is the secret to staying healthy, and walking is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to get moving.

Thursdays at 10 am meet for motivational exercises and take a stroll.

Groups will be lead by trained leaders.

Dress appropriately with suitable footwear.
