WWETB ACCESSing CHANGE Training Programme

About the course

A new and exciting training programme to address new ways of working for tomorrow’s work force. Technology Skills together with Soft skills like leadership, self-motivation and communication will be the most in-demand.  With the help and encouragement of our experienced trainers the learners will complete Individual Learning Plans. Participation on this course, also, provides the learner with non-accredited training in terms of improving personal motivation, team working and leadership skills. The learner will also gain real work experience.

Achieve a work-life balance, improve existing skills, adapt to new ways of working, enhance employability skills with a new and exciting 2-year part-time programme that incorporates academic, employability and holistic capabilities.

Target Group

This course is for people, who are Short or Long term Unemployed.

This course is FREE and participants may be entitled to the Training Allowance and Child Care Placement under CETS.

The ACCESSing CHANGE programme is for learners who are interested in:

  • Developing skills to work remotely
  • Improving their existing skills
  • Adapting and learning new ways of working
  • Returning to the workforce

 

Course Duration

Duration:  Two year part time programme (optional)

 October 2021 – June 2022     and    October 2022 – June 2023

Days:         Monday-Friday

Time:        9:30am – 1:30pm

The cost of this course is free to all participants.
